The process of developing healthy, effective, productive, and profitable business-focused work teams is challenging worldwide. Our programs have been used internationally in organizations which have acknowledged the importance and rewards of continuing to build and support their teams. Here are some samples:
Basic Training for Teams. This program addresses the "WHYs," goals, ground rules, and common pitfalls of a team-based organization. Team members learn techniques of decision-making and discuss performance management. They leave with critical basic skills and with the energy and motivation to "stick with it" over the team's inevitable ups and downs.
Team Revitalization & Renewal. This program revitalizes and recharges the team in the midst of ongoing change. Old skills are reinforced and new skills are added. Current team problems are surfaced, discussed, and resolved in this facilitated, dynamic program. Participants leave refreshed and enthused — ready to press forward to higher levels of performance.
Success Insights Profile (DISC)
We often use the Success Insights Profile (DISC) during team building workshops. This instrument provides an excellent understanding of personal behavior style through the participant’s response to only 24 items.
