How the Client Relationship Begins
Many times we begin, not with a proposal, but with a visit. We meet you, tour your site, listen to your story, and learn about your challenge. We talk over how we might be helpful -- or tell you if we think we cannot. Then we return to the office and frame a proposal -- one based on firsthand knowledge of your situation.
Throughout the Relationship
We advise, facilitate, listen, and reshape our process to meet your needs. We guide, but we know we cannot tell you what to do. Sometimes, though, we "lie down in the road" to prevent you from taking a fatal step. We seek your feedback on our services and we work to accommodate your special requirements.
At the Close of the Project
We assess our outcomes, make sure there is a clear process to monitor and stabilize success, and potentially agree to come back to help with mid-course corrections. When we leave, we are always saying good-bye to good friends and colleagues.
